“What Todd Alofs did for my family was truly remarkable.

First, he doesn’t advertise, so I came upon him from a recommendation from a friend.
I went into this nightmare, hoping to be lucky enough to just recover the medical expenses. And maybe recover some of the costs for a new vehicle.
What he did during meditation/arbitration was a true test of a commitment to the client.

I personally witnessed him/us go through 7 hours of arbitration, continuing to counter lowball offers, until he reached a settlement that was shocking, and way more than I ever expected to receive.

But that isn’t the best part. His ability to reach out to the medical providers and negotiate to reduce the medical costs were unbelievable.I know every case is different and your outcome may not be the same as mine, hell, it might be better. But if you want want an attorney that “won’t cut and run” this is the dude, in my opinion.

“Fired my old lawyer when his settlement was too low. I didnt think it was fair for all my pain and injuries and they refused to try my case.
